#Roommates, in legal documents that surfaced recently a woman claims #Usher infected her with herpes and reportedly received a cool $1.1 million because of it!
Radar Online reports a woman by the name of Maya Fox-Davis (who was allegedly a bridesmaid to his then-wife Tameeka Foster) shared a sexual relationship with the R&B star and took him to court for giving her an STD. In the legal documents, she claims #Usher convinced her he was STD free knowing that he wasnt, the documents state: Believing Raymonds statements that it had been nothing and cleared up [she] continued her relationship, the lawyer for the victim wrote in a legal complaint for damages.
In the documents Usher allegedly covered her medical expenses that totaled $2,754.40. Along with her medical bills, Maya also alleges she has suffered a severe emotional distress and has been extremely depressed knowing that there is no cure.
The legal complaint was filed at the Superior Court in Los Angeles.
