Former radio host of KYGO, David Mueller, filed a lawsuit against Taylor Swift this past Thursday for getting him fired after she alleged that he groped and lifted up her skirt while taking a photo during a backstage concert meet-and-greet!
Let’s get into this tea…in June of 2013, Mueller, his girlfriend, and a fellow coworker attended the concert at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado. Mueller and his girlfriend went backstage to meet with star and that’s when Taylor suggested that her and the couple take a picture together; of course, the couple obliged.After they met, the couple went back to their seats to watch the rest of the show. This when things started to get a little heated…
Later in the show, Mueller was approached by Taylor’s security team and was asked to leave the concert grounds, immediately! Taylor makes claims that, the ex-radio host, lifted up her skirt with his hands and touched her bottom!
Mueller is denying these claims. The lawsuit states, “The contention that Mr. Mueller lifted up Ms. Swift’s skirt and grabbed her bottom, while standing with his girlfriend, in front of Ms. Swift’s photographer and Ms. Swift’s highly trained security personnel, during a company sponsored, VIP, backstage meet-and-greet, is nonsense….”
The photo has yet to surface the net. Mueller has been photographed with celebrities ranging from Mariah Carey, Britney Spears, and even Beyoncé and this issue has never cameabout. Mueller is looking to recover his lost income with the lawsuit. His career with working in radio spans for over 20 yearsand during that time he was making more than $100,000 a year!
