Popular music producer, AraabMuzik is recovering in the hospital after being reportedly shot in the jaw and right arm as well as being grazed on the head in Harlem, Thursday evening.
According to the NY Daily News, music producer was exiting ProAmerica parking garage on W. 125th street when two suspects approached his car. One of the suspects was able to convince Araab, whose real name is Abraham Orellana, to roll down his window after telling him he had dropped something. Shots were reportedly fired immediately after not long before the two men ran away from the scene.
Orellana friend, James Malloy, was also in the car and took a bullet to the right leg. Fortunately, he is in stable condition at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Ironically, the 26-year-old music producer had a near death experience just three years ago when he was shot in Providence, RI… his own hometown!
