Word on the street is rapper, Mighty Mike, who is best known for his song “Hit That Bit For The Gram” has been arrested in Baton Rouge for murdering another teenager over a party flyer!
According to KLTV, the 19-year-old, who’s real name is MacAuthor Johnson has been charged with with second-degree murder, illegal use of a weapon, and obstruction of justice after police say he shot 20-year-old Richard Phillips in the chest, Tuesday evening.
Phillips’ friend, 19-year-old Walter Williams says Johnson and another friend, 19-year-old Charmaine Wilson had pulled up on them at a store. Johnson and Phillips then apparently spoke about the beef and at the end of the conversation all bad blood seemed to be gone. The story turns left when Phillips allegedly became uncomfortable again and decided to approach Johnson again over the issue. Thats when Williams’ says Johnson pulled out a gun and shot Phillips.
It is reported that Phillips was responsive at the scene but later died in the hospital. Williams was able to identity Mighty as the shooter and when police found his car they reported “obvious damage” that proved a shooting took place.
Johnson also admitted to the shooting but claimed self defense too bad video footage of the incident shows otherwise. Charmaine was also charged with accessory after the fact to second-degree murder and obstruction of justice. Ironically Phillips’ friend was also arrested after he alleged told cops he did not have a gun even though a witness says he had one. They are all currently located at the East Baton Rouge Parish Prisons without bond.
Just like that four teenagers lives’ are gone. Lets chat below
