<p>On May 22nd this year&#8217;s Billboard awards will be premiering #Roommates &#8211; the show is scheduled to be packed with hot appearances and also some special performances from some of our favorite artists. Like, for instance, Rihanna, Britney Spears, and the one and only, Ke$ha!</p>
<p>And as you all may know, Ke$ha, 29, has been in some heated legal drama with her label and her producer, Dr. Luke. Well, it was reported that the songstress received and accepted an invitation to perform a<br />
tribute to the late Bob Dylan.</p>
<p>After Luke and the label received word that Ke$ha was going to make a statement about their current lawsuit, they pulled the plug. After some contemplating and receiving repercussions from disgruntled fans<br />
and celebrities, it looks like Ke$ha is back on to perform this Sunday.</p>
<p>Via The New York Times, Luke and his team released a lengthy statement, “Kesha’s performance on the Billboard Awards was always approved, in good faith,” said the label in a statement. “Approval was<br />
only suspended when Kemosabe learned Kesha was to use the performance as a platform to discuss the litigation. Now that Kemosabe has obtained assurances, that is relying upon, from Kesha, her<br />
representatives and Dick Clark Productions that neither Kesha nor her supporters will use the performance as such a platform, the approval has been restored.”</p>
