Looks like Future is heading back to court but this time he won’t be facing a scorned baby mama. Rapper/producer, Rocko, is now taking a swing for Future’s pockets because he feels betrayed!
According to TMZ, Rocko is suing the Purple Reign rapper for more than $10 million because he claims that he broke their 2011 contract. If you didn’t know Rocko had signed Future to A1 Records before he hit it big. Apparently, Future had signed on for a 6 album deal before Epic Records tapped in on the distribution part.
Welp, Rocko is saying things got shady when Future cut a separate deal with Epic that did not include the producer. The suit claims that Future kept the 25% he owed Rocko in Epic advances as well as the 20% he deserved from Future’s tours and endorsements.
As of right now there has been no word from Future’s camp but their probably out celebrating the fact that DS2 just went platinum…wonder if Rocko was invited…Anyways lets chat below!
