Gizmodo says that a “well-placed source” has confirmed that a partnership between Pokmon Go and McDonalds is really happening! A decompiled code was found by game users which pointed to a potential collaboration with the burger chain.
It is being reported that all McDonalds will either be a PokStop or gym and seeing as Japan is the birthplace of the iconic game and home of The Pokmon Company, it is rumored that the partnership’s debut could be there. It’s also relevant to note that the Pokmon Go launch has been delayed there so it’s definitely raising suspicion.
