<p>Hey roomies, who remembers the time singer, Petty Next Door, we mean Party Next Door, put his ex Kehlani on blast after he posted a photo on IG of them together with the caption, &#8220;After all the shenanigans, still got the R&;B singer back in my bed,&#8221; even though she was reportedly dating NBA baller, Kyrie Irving.</p>
<p>The backlash from the post landed Kehlani in the hospital after she apparently tried to commit suicide over the whole thing, telling her fans, &#8220;Today I wanted to leave the Earth.&#8221; Well PND finally speaks on that faithful day in March in an interview with Rolling Stone and says he actually regrets what took place.</p>
<p>&#8220;I regret how it went down,&#8221; PND said. &#8220;Big time I regret how it went down. I look into people&#8217;s eyes, and I know they think I&#8217;m a bad guy. There&#8217;s a lot of details that people don&#8217;t know. I just hope people understand that was a year for him. And I hope everyone has a successful year, and I hope that&#8217;s in the past.&#8221;</p>
<p>Party Next Door, who&#8217;s real name is Jahron Anthony Brathwaite, also details how the anticipation for the release of his latest project &#8216;P3&#8217; did little to soothe the crazy year he has had so far. &#8220;This year wasn&#8217;t a party for me, as ironic as that is, &#8221; the singer said. &#8220;The best and worst things happened at once.&#8221;</p>
<p>He goes on to say, &#8220;It was a blue year for me. I thought, &#8216;Write a hit, you&#8217;ll be rich and happy.&#8217; Meet one of the most beautiful girls in the world, one of the most talented, and I&#8217;ll be happy. All of that: I&#8217;m not happy.&#8221;</p>
<p>Speaking on being unhappy, PND also details how writing for other artists doesn&#8217;t really bring gratification to him either as he speaks about being some of the brains behind Rihanna&#8217;s hit song, &#8220;Work.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;It doesn&#8217;t make me happy,&#8221; he says. &#8220;I&#8217;m looking for joy. It&#8217;s a moment for Rihanna and Drake. I want to invest time in creating moments for myself.</p>
