Last October, actress #HalleBerry announced an amicable split between herself and husband, #OlivierMartinez, citing “irreconcilable differences.” In her announcement, Berry mentioned that the two of them planned to remained focused on what was best for their son Maceo and it appears that whatever that may be has caused a hold-up on the divorce process.
While the couple did have a prenup in place, a source has told E! News that the two have not reached an agreement on money and their 2 year old son. Neither of them have moved forward with the filings and according to #PageSix, a court clerk filed paperwork notifying Berry and Martinez that if neither party takes further action, then the divorce petition will be dismissed.
It’s not like it’s cheap to get a divorce, so these two better figure something out and quick or else they will have wasted a lot of time and money! TMZ reports that Berry is open to staying married if Martinez seeks anger management, but I guess we’ll have to wait it out and see!
