Joseline Hernandez may be finally getting the punishment she deserves because Stevie J is taking that azz to court! The “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta is suing his pregnant ex after she ran his name through the mud!
Y’all remember when Joseline went ether on Stevie J on social media after their messy breakup following the ending of the show’s last season. She accused him of molesting his daughter (the one he shares with Mimi Faust) and even called him a gay devil worshipper. Well, now Stevie is clapping back and is trying to hit her where it hurts, her pockets! The producer/songwriter is suing Joseline for the damages she caused his reputation and want a judge to silence her for good.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit states that ever since Joseline opened pandora’s box of petty, he has been getting publicly dragged. He even alleges that his scorned ex called Georgia’s Division of Family and Children Services claiming that Stevie has been sexually abusing Eva.
Of course the hateful words she spewed would have extremely negative effects on Stevie’s reputation so we’re not surprised that he’s suing her, we just want to know what took him so long!? Oop! Lets chat below!
