Looks like ball player, Derrick Rose is finally taking home a court win, well legally at least. A major break in his rape case has made him a free man!
According to TMZ, a jury has found that neither Rose or his two friends that were accused of gang raping a woman were liable for any damages. The trio have been battling the victim in civil court for weeks, but Rose has always maintained that the sex between he and the victim was consensual.
His legal team seemed extremely happy happy about the judgement as they were reportedly seen smiling and shaking hands after the verdict was read. The victim, however, was seen with her head down appearing “somber.”
Hopefully, the right the decision was made and everyone can return back to life as normal. Hopefully, this will give the NY Knicks that boost that they may need to finally win a chip! Lets chat below!
