<p>Yesterday news broke that Rick Ross owed the IRS millions of dollars in unpaid taxes from the years 2012 to 2014.</p>
<p>He has now responded and is letting it be known that it was all due to &#8220;incorrect filing&#8221; from his former financial team.</p>
<p>According to <em><a href="http://www.vibe.com/2016/11/rick-ross-responds-to-irs-tax-reports/">Vibe</a></em>, Ross released a statement reassuring that financially he is great and that he is taking care of any issues when it comes to his taxes.</p>
<p>He said, “I am fully aware of my current dealings with the IRS. This issue arose from an incorrect filing by a prior accountant for the 2012 tax year. My new team of accountants have corrected the prior filing, and as anyone who has dealt with the IRS understands, it is a process.”</p>
<p>He continued, “We have already satisfied a large portion of these issues and I can assure you that we are working very closely with the IRS to bring a full resolution shortly and will continue moving forward in a positive direction!”</p>
<p><em><a href="http://www.tmz.com/2016/11/08/rick-ross-federal-tax-lien-money-owed/">TMZ</a></em> reported that Ross owed the IRS $4.6 million for the year of 2012, and $570,000 for both 2013 and 2014.</p>

<p>Needless to say, this was an issue that was not too big for the biggest boss to handle.</p>
