Andrew Caldwell is clapping back at recent reports of him allegedly losing his defamation case to former football player, Kordell Stewart.
We had reported that because the social media phenom had allegedly blown off the case, the judge was forced to rule in favor of Stewart by default. The judgement was made after the court determined that Stewart had served Caldwell the proper papers for his court hearing but they went ignored.
Well, Caldwell went on Facebook Live to do his best to clear his name and claims that he was never served to begin with. He even goes as far as to say the stories of Kordell suing him were false.
“I refuse to talk on this matter,” Caldwell said in the twenty minute video posted Friday. “I was never served with a lawsuit with Kordell Stewart. Kordell is trying to make up his 15 mins of fame, boy you old news. Let me make something clear, you think you gonna get a dime from me boy you better have you some strong powerful lawyers.”
He goes on to threaten a lawsuit on any blog or publication referring to him as “Mr. I Am Delivert” as well as anyone who circulated the stories to begin with.
“As a journerist [we guess he meant journalist], you have to watch what you put out there,” he said. “At this time I refuse to talk on that matter. God got my back and who ever put that out there my lawyers are investigating that. When that time comes for them blogs out there lying on me trying to make they self get popular and get more likes on Facebook or whatever is going on, you have to watch out now. You gotta be prepared for when that person comes for you.”
But ain’t that the pot calling the kettle…. never mind.
Anyways, he also made sure to let his fans know that he isn’t broke and if he does have to pay up, he’ll be sure to write Kordell a check.
Apparently, Caldwell also is alleging that he still has tea on Kordell so if the judge tries it, he will definitely clap back.
“And also Judge, if you hear this Judge… let’s take a lie detector test! If he are suing me… I’ve got stuff that I’ve downloaded on cds about what he said about me… so we both got a case!”
