Desiigner is probably somewhere off the wall turnt up because word on the street is his drug case will be going away!
The “Panda” rapper was arrested back in September after a road rage incident turned into a police raid of the car Desiigner was riding in. Authorities say a gun and Oxycontin amongst other drugs were found in the vehicle and in the end Desiigner was charged with drug and gun possession on top of other felonies.
Well TMZ is now reporting that Desiigner will be cleared on all charges after the D.A. decided to dismiss the charges. This news comes as authorities were forced to drop his gun charge when it was revealed that Desiigner was never in possession of a weapon. The drugs also led to a dead end when they were discovered to be only steroids that were legally prescribed to his driver.
The 19-year-old’s record will also be sealed. His attorneys seemed especially grateful for the news as they told TMZ, “We’re happy he’s been exonerated … and happy with the investigation from the D.A.”
