Remember when singer Azealia Banks accused actor Russell Crowe of physically assaulting her while she attended his party back in October? Well it looks like the law is on Crowe’s side because they are letting him off the hook!
TMZ is reporting that the D.A. ruled that Crowe’s actions were justified when Banks reported to police that he had allegedly choked her and spit on her before he physically threw her out of his Beverly Hills suite.

“The D.A. concluded that Russell physically tossing her was ‘justified to prevent the imminent violence threatened by Banks.’ As for the spitting … the D.A. says it was ‘incidental to preventing more serious threatened violence.'”
Witnesses at the party, including Azealia’s own date RZA, all say she was the aggressor. She had allegedly made a threat to physically harm another woman at the party as well.
