Yesterday we reported Stevie J was begging the courts to force Joseline Hernandez to take a mental evaluation after he claimed she beat him up!
Well new details about the alleged fight have now come to light and apparently she went bizerk after catching him with another girl.
According to TMZ, Stevie J called the police on his alleged baby mama to be after he claimed Joseline supposedly punched and scratched him when she found another girl chilling at Stevie’s crib.
Word is Joseline has assumed that the girl was her fellow Love and Hip Hop ATL frenemy Tommie Lee but sources say it was actually someone else. Either way the ATL producer claims Joseline injured his eye even though there were no physical marks.
Police were called again yesterday when Stevie accused Joseline of using “her hands, feet, and teeth” to physically assault him again.
As for now police have advised Stevie to get a restraining order but for some reason he has yet to do so. The pair was caught leaving court separately and it looks like the drama is far from over.
