Last month, we reported that the director of the Clay County Development Corporation in West Virginia lost her job after she posted a racist comment on Facebook about First Lady Michelle Obama. Well it looks like her punishment was short lived because she reportedly got her job back!
Pamela Ramsey Taylor posted on Facebook, “It will be so refreshing to have a classy, beautiful, dignified First Lady back in the White House. I’m tired of seeing a Ape in heels.”
Apparently, Taylor was only suspended and not fired for her comment. According to a letter sent by the agency’s acting director, she is expected to return to her position on Dec. 23.
The Clay County Development Corporation, which is the county’s second- largest employer, is responsible for providing financial assistance and other services to seniors and low income residents.
Ironically, Clay county’s mayor, Beverly Whaling was forced to resign after she commented on Taylor post saying, “Just made my day Pam.”
