Michelle Obama said that America is experiencing what it feels like to not have hopes during her final White House interview with Oprah and it was a real wake up call.
Now, we may have just ounces of hope as the electoral college is casting the final 2016 Presidential vote to determine whether or not Donald Trump will really be the president.
Once we get past the fluff of the matter, the fact is: Election Day is mainly to help determine the electors for each state as opposed to the president of the US. So the bottom line is we need 38 Trump-pledged electors to vote for Hillary. Is it likely? Not historically speaking.
If you remember, Donald Trump lost the popular vote by almost 3 million votes and so speaking of history, we thought it was interesting that the last president who won even after losing the popular vote (like Hilary Clinton) was George W. Bush back in 2000.
Let’s cross our fingers that as electors gather in their state capitols to cast their final vote that 38 of them have a change of heart and are with #Her!
Votes will be tallied Jan. 6th.
