<p>A&;E has been receiving backlash after word of it&#8217;s new docuseries on the KKK was announced. Well, if it lightens up conversation, word on the street is none of the Klan participants received a dime from the show.</p>
<p>A &#8220;Generation KKK&#8221; production source tells TMZ, that because the show was created as a documentary none of the families involved were paid.</p>
<p>Also, while many thought A&;E&#8217;s agenda behind the show was to give hatred a platform, we have learned that it may be quite the opposite.</p>
