<p>Omari Hardwick and Meagan Good have signed on to star in a new romantic drama, which takes place on a night we all may be familiar with, the 2016 presidential election.</p>
<p>According to<em><a href="http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/omari-hardwick-meagan-good-star-presidential-election-romance-drama-998105"> The Hollywood Reporter</a></em>, Qasim Basir, who will also be serving as the director, penned the script for the project.</p>
<p>Based on the synopsis, Omari Hardwick will star as “a Los Angeles club promoter named Cass, who, on the night of the 2016 presidential election, meets a woman named Free (Good). She challenges him to revisit his broken dreams during a series of events that occur as Donald Trump surges ahead of Hillary Clinton in the race for electoral votes to win the White House.”</p>
<p>Other well-known names attached to the project include Jay Ellis, Wesley Jonathan, and Affion Crocket.</p>
<p>Datari Turner will produce the project, and Omari Hardwick and Meagan Good will serve as executive producers along with a few others.</p>
<p>Production for the film has already started in Los Angeles.</p>
