Justice for the young girl, Amy Joyner-Francis,who died after an altercation in a school bathroom is near #Roommates! The three girls involved in the altercation have been charged!
According to ABC 6, out of the three teens, one has been charged with criminally negligent homicide, and the other two with criminal conspiracy.
Apparently prosecutors are trying to get teen who’s been charged with criminally negligent homicide as an adult!
It will be interesting to see how this plays out in court because Amy didn’t suffer any internal or blunt force injuries, and apparently died due to an existing heart condition.
Investigators are saying thought that the young girls existing heart condition might not have happened if the altercation hadn’t occurred.
