Looks like #Usher hooked up with another woman and failed to disclose that he allegedly has herpes because the singer was just hit with a huge lawsuit.
According to TMZ, the suit was filed by a Jane Doe. The woman claims she hooked up with Usher in Atlanta on April 16 at her home! She says that the two kissed, did a little oral on him, and eventually had sex and used a condom. Fun fact Usher has been married to Grace Miguel since 2015.
She said they hooked up 12 days later in New Orleans, and this time Usher didn’t strap up.
She’s suing Usher for negligence, battery and emotional distress and wants at least $10 million.
Hopefully everything works out for Usher and the woman.
