<p>It&#8217;s no secret that Janet Jackson isn&#8217;t here for her estranged husband, Qatari business tycoon Wissam Al Mana, and it looks like sis has a good reason for it.</p>
<p>According to US Weekly, a source close to the singer said, &#8220;Janet felt like a prisoner.&#8221;</p>
<p>The source continued,</p>
<p>&#8220;Janet was never very maternal before, but that changed with Wissam. He really wanted a baby and she was ready. She realized she found the right guy.&#8221;</p>
<p>Everything seemed picture perfect but Wissam reportedly wanted a &#8220;traditional wife who stuck with Muslim traditions.&#8221;</p>
<p>His requests caused Janet to start wearing more full-length garments and burkas, according to the source.</p>
<p>&#8220;Janet felt like she couldn&#8217;t be herself anymore. Janet felt like her music was suffering and she resented Wissam. She couldn&#8217;t settle down and be what he wanted.&#8221;</p>
<p>Janet stuck out for 5 years but it&#8217;s clear sis had enough!</p>
