2017 has been agreat year for music — for both the veterans and the new-comers. Awards have been being handed out left and right, and Jay Z’sname has once again landed on a list worth celebrating.It’s no doubtthat J’s award cabinet is well-decorated, perhaps he has room to receive the 2018Grammy Salute to Industry Icons Award.
We hear that the Recording Academy’s President and CEO Neil Portnow couldn’t imagine a more fitting candidate to take the award home.
