50 Cent has long been the king of trolling people on the internet, but despite some his most devious efforts, he apparently believes nothing he has said or done has warranted him being canceled.
While speaking with Variety, 50 speaks on cancel culture, and explicitly says that he doesn’t believe he can be canceled. He says his job is to entertain, and thats exactly what he does.
“I’m an entertainer, so to entertain is, I believe to provoke emotion,” he said. “I don’t believe I can be canceled. They gotta go to jail to get canceled, they gotta shoot a girl.”
Apparently, 50 doesn’t think he’s done anything that bad, as he says you have to do “something extremely bad to be canceled, and I think it’s unfair to the people that are canceled.”
50 Cent goes on to make the point that heterosexual males take the most heat when it comes to cancel culture, and expresses that men do not get the support that other groups may get when it comes to being canceled.
“If you say something about someone who chooses something different, there’s organizations set up to start sending things around to get signatures and stuff. And ell me this, as a heterosexual male, who’s going to send things around to get signatures based on your failures? There’s none. There’s no organization,” he says.
“Certain demographics have been conditioned because they’ve been taken advantage of in the earliest stages. Once inferior, now they’re superior because we have no organization. The biggest target is heterosexual males in general.”
You all know 50 Cent to speak his mind on any topic, and there have been instances in which he has been called out for it.
After he recently reposted a meme of the shooting involving Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez, Meg called him out and 50 issued her an apology.
