An employee who survived last week’s mass shooting at a Walmart in Chesapeake, Virginia has filed a $50 million lawsuit against the company, claiming the manager had a “personal vendetta” against several employees and even a “kill list” of potential targets.

Donya Prioleau filed the suit on Tuesday, claiming she submitted a complaint about the gunman two months before the shooting that took the lives of six employees, according to The Washington Post.

As we previously reported, 31-year-old store supervisor Andre Bing was filmed laughing with coworkers before fatally shooting six employees and wounded several others. Bing died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot, police said.

Lawsuit Cites Manager’s Pattern Of Disturbing Behavior Leading Up To Deadly Walmart Shooting

The lawsuit lists the suspect’s alleged pattern of disturbing behavior leading up to the deadly mass shooting, including making bizarre, rude, and inappropriate comments about Prioleau’s age, gender, socioeconomic status, and appearance.

It continued, “Bullets whizzed by Plaintiff Donya Prioleau’s face and left side, barely missing her,” the lawsuit states. “She witnessed several of her coworkers being brutally murdered on either side of her.”

In addition, the lawsuit alleges that Andre “had a personal vendetta against several Walmart employees and kept a ‘kill list’ of potential targets prior to the shooting,” the outlet reports.

Prioleau’s suit alleges that she has experienced post-traumatic distress disorder from witnessing the rampage in the store’s break room.

Five of the deceased victims were identified as Lorenzo Gamble; Brian Pendleton; Kellie Pyle; Randall Blevins; and Tyneka Johnson, according to a press release from the City of Chesapeake.

The sixth deceased victim was a 16-year-old boy who authorities are not naming because he was a minor, the city said.

Manager Filmed Laughing With Coworkers In Video Taken Sometime Before Mass Shooting

Bing was actually filmed laughing with coworkers sometime before he opened fire inside the store last Tuesday night, just days before Thanksgiving.

One employee – who had only been on the job for five days – witnessed the mass shooting and told the outlet that she heard the shooter laughing during the deadly attack.

The woman went on to say that there were 14 employees in a meeting room waiting to be given their assignments for the day when the gunfire began.

Manager “Had Issues” With Others At The Walmart In Question, Worker Believes Shooting Was Planned

She claimed Bing “had issues” with other managers at the store, and said she believed the shooting was premeditated.

“It didn’t even look real until you could feel the gun go off,” the witness told FOX 3. “I will never go back in that store again. I cannot, I can’t even leave my front door.”

Police have since searched the home of Bing, who was reportedly already dead when officers entered the Walmart around 10:15 p.m. last Tuesday night after reports of a shooting inside the store, where they found multiple people dead and injured.

Four shooting victims were treated at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, however their exact conditions were unknown according to Solesky.
