How bad do you love the Kardashians? Do you love them enough to go under the knife to look like them? Well that’s exactly what’s happening in the world of plastic surgery in the UK.
Research done by the UK group Transform has revealed that there is a “Dash Effect” going on. Studies show a 73 percent increase in patients asking to look like the famous reality TV stars. . .
The clinical director at Transform, Mark Norfolk, said that the Kardshians have definitely made an impact on cosmetic surgery. After Kylie Jenner came clean to world about having lip fillers earlier this year, there was a 700 percent increase in people inquiring about the procedure overnight!
Norfolk also said that they are thinking about offering fat transfer operations because many people are asking for butt enhancements to have their butts looking like Kim and Khloe.
The United States is also having a “Dash Effect” according to People magazine.
“They’re the modern version of what glamorous movie stars used to be, setting trends in fashion, and facial and body aesthetics alike,” says Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Marc Mani to the magazine. “Girls all over the world look up to them for how they should look.”
