#Roommates remember the 30-year-old mother, from Baton Rouge, who was arrested after she beat her three boys after she found out they broke into a neighbors house? Well it turns out the mother wont be facing any charges at all!
Schaquana Spears was taken into custody on June 20 and was initially charged with two counts of cruelty to juveniles.
In the police report, she allegedly whipped her three sons, ages 13, 12 and 10. The older sons received are harsher punishment than the youngest.
Luckily for Schaquana Spears the judge is letting her off the hook.
“At this time I have no intention to prosecute. It would take something significant to change my opinion,” East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney Hillar Moore III told The Advocate.
