It has been quiet for a few on the Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez tip but we knew it wouldn’t be for long. Word on the street is Joseline is already demanding child support from her former Love and Hip Hop ATL boo.
TMZ is reporting that the self proclaimed Puerto Rican princess wants to prove that Stevie J is indeed the father of her unborn baby and wants the courts to subject him to a blood test asap.
Legal documents filed by Josefine state that not only does she wants Stevie J to take a paternity test but she wants to also jump start the money train for their baby since she is due sometime in January.
Apparently, Stevie J promised to pay any medical bill acquired by Joseline’s pregancy but it’s clear she can’t trust his words so she wants the judge to expedite the payments.
