Hanesbrands Inc. is trying to catch the “Cash Me Outside” chick in the courtroom because they claim that her merch logo is a straight ripoff.
According to TMZ, Danielle Bregoli and her mother are in hot water with the company because the “C” she uses in her “CashMeOusside” logo is the same “C” used for Champion sportswear– a company Hanesbrands Inc. owns. Apparently, the company does not want to be associated with the message that she is trying to send.
Danielle and her mother received a letter from Hanes demanding that in order to protect it’s “extensive consumer goodwill and reputation,” they must cease production of any merch that uses the same “C.”
One things for sure, this ain’t Dr. Phil, she could face a major lawsuit if she doesn’t get her act right. Problem is, Hanes is only giving Danielle a week to get it together so she may want to call up her homie Kodak Black seeing how she was just in one of his videos wearing the same merch.
