#LaVarBall is closing out the year with a bang #Roommates! He just announced that his 2018 will be all about developing his new basketball league that will pay players who have graduated high school but don’t want to go to college.

According to @ESPN, LaVar says he’s starting his Junior Basketball Association that is fully funded by Big Baller Brand. He’s looking for 80 nationally ranked players to fill 10 teams and plans to pay the lowest ranked player $3k a month and the highest ranked player $10k monthly. In a statement to ESPN, LaVar says: “Getting these players is going to be easy. This is giving guys a chance to get a jump start on their career, to be seen by pro scouts, and we’re going to pay them because someone has to pay these kids.”

Ball says the rules of his league will follow the rules of the NBA, with 12 minute quarters and a pro 3-point line. As far as details about the league like ticket prices, who will be joining and where they will be playing are all in the works. Let’s just say 2018 may get very interesting for the Ball Family!
