A judge is warning #KeyshiaCole that if she doesn’t hurry up and finalize her divorce from #DanielGibson, the case will be dismissed and the couple will remain married.
On Thursday, court documents were filed in the case informing Keyshia and Daniel, also known as Boobie, that they need to update the court of the status of their case. Neither of them has filed a single document in the case since October 2017, according to @blast.
The judge in the case warns if they continue to drag their feet and don’t file the required documents quickly, then the case will be tossed out and they can stay married.
Keyshia first filed for divorce back in September 2017, citing irreconcilable differences for the split, though they had been separated since October 31st, 2014. She requested joint legal and physical custody of their son, Daniel Gibson Jr.
He filed his response to the divorce months later, which was the most recent update in the case. They tied the knot back in 2011.

Appearances on “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood” indicate that the pair was successfully co-parenting and both have moved on to have very public relationships.
