Congrats are in order to Safaree and Erica Mena!
The couple recently confirmed to VH1 that they are expecting a bundle of joy. For a while, their followers have been keeping a close eye on them as they suspected that they had a little bun in the oven.
However, in a new sit down interview, they confirmed that a little baby Samuels is on the way.
In the video, while rubbing Erica’s tummy, Safaree says, “I didn’t know I was capable of doing this, but I’m excited.” He continued, “I’m excited, I’m nervous, I’m in shock, I’m in disbelief. It’s like very surreal to me, so it’s like, woah I don’t know what the hell to do, but I’m gonna be great at what I do because I’m great at everything.”
The couple got engaged last year, on Christmas Eve and soon they’ll be saying their “I Do’s.”
This will be Erica’s second child and Safaree’s first child.
She said, “King (her eldest child) will be a great big brother. He wants to be the boss of somebody. He’s the boss of Safaree. Now he needs someone that is younger than him. So it would be perfect.”
