Shareef O’Neal Takes To Social Media To Reveal His “Crush” On Tinashe

Roommates, apparently there is always time to shoot your shot, regardless if you’re self-quarantined or not. Shareef O’Neal apparently wasn’t concerned about the coronavirus outbreak stopping him from letting Tinashe know he has a “crush” on her.

Like many of her fans, Shareef O’Neal decided to join in on the fun and watch Tinashe’s latest TikTok video, except he took things a step further and expressed his love for her while enjoying her dance moves.

In a series of tweets on Twitter, Shareef laid his feelings all out on the line, writing not-so-subtle proclamations of love, such as “I have a crush on you,” followed by some additional praise of, “Who doesn’t like Tinashe she’s dope!”

As he waited to see what the outcome would be after publicly announcing his feeling for her, Tinashe finally responded to him with a set of blue heart emojis.

You may recall that Shareef, 20, was a highly recruited prospect in the Class of 2018 and had drawn interest from college basketball programs, such as Kentucky and Arizona, before deciding to sign with the UCLA Bruins. Although, his brief stint at UCLA ended earlier this year when he announced his decision to transfer to LSU, his father Shaquille O’Neal’s alma mater.

Of following in his dad’s footsteps, Shareef recently told Sports Illustrated, “Real big footsteps. But I’m ready for it. Great program. Louisiana is a different scene. I’ve been in L.A. most of my life, but I’m ready for it.”

Roommates, what are your thoughts on this?
