In order to be at the top, you will encounter a lot of haters, and nobody knows that better than Nicki Minaj and one of her fellow rappers, Tekashi 69. While Nicki and Tekashi have been breaking records and taking over charts, their collaborations have also been getting a lot of of shade.
Nicki previously explained that her decision to make music with Tekashi 69 is business, and also addressed some of the people in the music industry throwing dirt on 6ix9ine’s name because of his relationship with the law.
In a recent Instagram post, however, Nicki has a little message for those spewing hate in their direction! The photo features the Queen and Tekashi on the set of “Trolls” captioned: “Hate is a weak emotion, a sign of failure.”
Although Nicki does to directly address anyone, its safe to say she’s talking to all of the haters with something negative to say about the roll out of her new song with Tekashi, and how they will be contributing the proceeds.
As we previously reported, Â Nicki and Tekashi have decided donate the proceeds from their newest collaboration to a bail assistance program, which will help those in need of funds while they await trial.
Still, the two have seen a lot of criticism about working together.
