Congrats are in order to Mimi Faust and Ty Young!! After rekindling their relationship the couple announced that they are engaged again!!
Earlier this week, Mimi celebrated her 50th birthday, and while celebrating such a milestone, Ty shared the news that she and Mimi are engaged again. An excited Mimi then flashed the rock that Ty has sitting on her ring finger.
Ty said, “You know I love you, I love Eva. We’re a family. We talk, we communicated. We’re back, 2022, and she’s my fiancé.”
Mimi and Ty announced their first engagement in August of 2020. However, by 2021, they called it quits and Mimi spoke about their breakup during an interview with Tami Roman and shared that at that moment, she was not ready to be engaged.
As we previously reported, she said, “I think the turning point for me was the engagement…that’s not what I wanted. I had expressed this to Ty, but Ty is a natural-born athlete, she’s a natural-born winner. She’s just used to getting what she wants, and that is what she wanted and she pressed forward with what she wanted.”
However, a few months later, the two were spotted out together again.
For Mimi’s birthday, Ty said, “Golden and Beautiful. Happy Happy 50th Birthday Oluremi. Your heart is just as beautiful as you are. You’re one of the most selfless people I know. You’re a wonderful woman, mother, and friend. I wish you nothing but the best today and always. You know how we rocking. Enjoy your day, I mean week.”
