<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie has some serious issues to work out in the aftermath of his breakup with his longtime girlfriend and children’s mother Ella Bands.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/ella-bands-responds-to-a-boogies-message-about-letting-her-be-free-following-break-up-rumors/">couple’s drama</a> started last month when they confirmed their split. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The former lovebirds seemed to have differences of opinion on how the breakup actually happened.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“</span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">As much and I don’t wanna admit it, I don’t deserve you @slaybyella_</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">,” A Boogie wrote on his Instagram story.”</span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have a beautiful long life ahead of you and I don’t wanna be the reason you’re not happy. Be free. Go be who you truly want to be</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A Boogie’s choice of words set Ella off, who had to set the record straight about what went down behind closed doors.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“</span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lmao we already talked about this in real life &; it was my idea idk why he coming on Instagram with it like he setting be free. Boy go to hell</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">,” she wrote.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">After her response, she went to Twitter to air out a few more things, letting it be clear that she can act of her own agency.</span></p>

I’m gonna always say how I feel whether you like it or not</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Just when it appeared things were settling down between them, A Boogie returned to social media Monday night to reiterate that he was the one who “let her free.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“I know I let her free and all but&#8230;If you try to holla at bm do not try to be my friend Simple,” A Boogie wrote.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It wasn’t really clear if A Boogie was addressing someone specific or if he was just speaking in general but he doesn&#8217;t seem to be a fan of the idea that Ella is getting her groove back.</span></p>
