#A$APBari is seeking legal action against the woman accusing him of sexually assaulting her back in July 2017 in #London, claiming she’s lying for a payday.
Legal docs show that Bari says the woman only started alleging sexual assault after she got a lawyer, according to TMZ. Bari also said in the docs that the woman was interviewed by police the night of the alleged assault, and he says she told officers she had not been assaulted but was worried about a naked video of her leaking on the Internet.
Bari claims the woman was relieved when she saw one of the officers delete the 10-second video he recorded that she was worried about. Another video exposing the woman apparently went viral and Bari claims that the video was taken without his knowledge by a third person in the room, when she allegedly hooked up with his assistant.
Bari is suing the woman for defamation and civil extortion for allegedly pressuring him into settling the case. The woman is seeking more than $1 million from Bari for the alleged attack.
