TSR Exclusive Details: Whew! Tamar Braxton wasnt lying when she said nobody wins when the family feuds. Apparently, her sister Toni Braxton actually wanted no parts in Tamars drama with her ex-boyfriend David Adefeso.
Yesterday, Toni put David on blast, calling him a weasel and a ferret, telling him she did not want her family to be included in his SHENANIGANS. Well, according to a rep for David, Tonis cryptic message caught him completely off guard, especially considering he and Toni werent in a bad place.
Davids rep tells us the reason why Toni is really mad is because police showed up at her home where she lives with her children to question and serve Tamar Braxton in an ongoing domestic violence investigation involving David.
In alleged text messages between Toni and David obtained by The Shade Room, Tonis tone toward David seemed a lot less hostile than her post from Monday night. In the alleged messages, Toni told David, Officials came to my home yesterday to serve Tamar papers. Was this from you? I am optimistic that it was not, but I must inquire because I have a family of my own to protect.
She continued on to say that she did not want to be involved in David and Tamars personal business and never has been.
However; It saddens me that two people who have loved each other for as long as u two had have now decided to take it to this extreme, Toni allegedly wrote.
In the earlier part of their alleged text exchange, David told Toni had a tremendous amount of respect for her but cautioned her that because the investigation was open, he had been advised not to speak to anyone and hoped that she understood that.
Toni allegedly later replied, I am glad to read of your tremendous respect for me and I openly accept that respect as your gentleman word to not involve myself or my children in this matter. My home is my private domain and space. My personal life, including my residence(s) are not to be shared with the public
In an email to his team, David also explained that he directed detectives away from Toni and told them to search for Tamar at her ex husband Vincent Herberts home where it was believed to be at that time, her place of residence.
Davids rep added that at this time, he wishes nothing but the best for Tamars entire family and he has moved on from this and is focusing on justice for Nigeria as well as his app to battle wealth disparity in the Black community.
