<p><strong>Al Pacino</strong>, 83, and the mother of his infant son, <strong>Roman</strong>, have settled their custody agreement. <strong>Noor Alfallah</strong>, 29, <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/al-pacino-girlfriend-noor-alfallah-files-full-physical-custody-3-month-old-son/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">first filed</a> for full physical custody of the four-month-old early last month.</p>

<p>According to court <a href="https://www.etonline.com/al-pacino-and-girlfriend-noor-alfallah-settle-custody-agreement-over-4-month-old-son-213735" target="_blank" rel="noopener">documents reviewed</a> by <em>Entertainment Tonight</em>, the couple agreed on Roman&#8217;s custody, visitation schedules, and child support. However, the finalized details about each subtopic remained undisclosed until this week.</p>
<p>On Thursday (Nov. 2), <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/11/02/al-pacino-30000-per-month-child-support-noor-alfallah/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ revealed</a> that Pacino will be responsible for paying $30,000 in monthly child support. In addition, he&#8217;s required to hand over $110,000 to Noor.</p>
<p>The actor will also contribute at least $15,000 annually to Roman&#8217;s education fund. If Pacino&#8217;s pay increases, he could reportedly be responsible for handing over another $90,000 at the end of the year.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Al Pacino&#8217;s GF Has Not Revealed Why She Filed The Custody Agreement</h3>
<p>It&#8217;s also unclear if Al Pacino and Noor live together, despite his publicist, Stan Rosenfield, confirming they&#8217;re still in a relationship. According to TMZ, Pacino is currently shelling out $13,000 a month for a night nurse and is responsible for medical expenses not covered by insurance.</p>
<p>Rosenfield <a href="https://www.etonline.com/al-pacinos-girlfriend-noor-alfallah-files-for-custody-of-their-3-month-old-baby-210896" target="_blank" rel="noopener">spoke to ET</a> about the development last month. He stated that it&#8217;s unclear why Noor filed for custody, saying, &#8220;That is a question for Noor.&#8221;</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman,&#8221; the publicist said. &#8220;They are together.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>As for the coins Noor spent on filing the custody agreement, Pacino has agreed to pay her attorneys&#8217; fees &#8212; one of Noor&#8217;s requests in the initial filing.</p>
<p>In the paperwork, Alfallah sought to &#8220;determine parental relationship&#8221; with Al &#8212; a practice typically used by &#8220;unmarried couples,&#8221; <a href="https://pagesix.com/2023/09/06/noor-alfallah-files-for-full-custody-of-son-with-al-pacino-3-months-after-giving-birth/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">per Page Six</a>. Even though she asked for full physical custody, the 29-year-old sought to share legal custody of Roman. Noor also elected to allow the &#8220;Scarface&#8221; actor to have a say in their child&#8217;s<em> &#8220;education, medical treatment, and religion.&#8221; </em></p>
<p>According to ET, Al Pacino and Noor&#8217;s romance drew public interest in April 2022. At the time, paparazzi <a href="https://pagesix.com/2022/04/11/al-pacino-81-grabs-dinner-with-mick-jaggers-ex-noor-alfallah-28/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">photographed the pair</a> exiting an Italian restaurant in Venice, California, and leaving in the same car. However, the outlet added that the evening involved a group of friends, including actor Jason Momoa.</p>
<p>We learned that Noor was expecting her first child with Pacino in May while she was eight months pregnant. The actor is also a father to three adult children, Julie Pacino and twins Olivia and Anton Pacino.</p>
