Roommates, Amanda Seales has only been a permanent host on the daytime talk show The Real for a few weeksbut she is already making headlines. In a recent episode, Amandas facial expression during Loni Loves confession about her weight had many on social media quite amused.
The Real is focused on the differing opinions of all the co-hosts, including Tamera Mowry, Adrienne Bailon, Jeannie Mai, Loni Love and newcomer Amanda Seales. However, sometimes its not the differing opinions that get people talking, its their facial expressions.
During a recent conversation on the show, Loni revealed that she is an ambassador for Weight Watchers and was promoting its newest weight-loss program myWW. Thats when she shocked the audience and her co-hosts, specifically Amanda Seales, when she started crying.
Loni said this through tears:
Let me tell yall, I did not know how to eat. Growing up in the projects, we just had to eat what we could. I know it sounds funny, but a lot of women in the African-American community, we dont know how to eat because we grew up that way. So Im trying to tell yall, thank you to WW, because we wanted to do this to help our brothers and sisters everybody, but I see yall. I see yall at my comedy shows and youre like, We need to get healthier, and thats the reason were doing this. Its just to make yall aware of whats happening in the community. You can eat and not starve and you can still lose weight. Thats the reason were doing this.
Thats when the camera panned over to Amanda who had a surprised look on her face that immediately sent social media into a tailspin. The clip instantly when viral and many were amused by the contrasting reactions between the two ladies.
