It’s no question that this must be one of the most difficult times Lamar Odom has ever faced. Last week we reported on the death of Lamar Odom’s best friend, Jamie Sangouthai, who died from drug related use.
Sadly, another good friend of Lamar’s, Bobby Heyward, has fallen victim to a drug influenced death. He reportedly had a drug overdose just days after Jamie’s. All three of the men were longtime friends.
Heyward, who was a producer and writer, was only 30 years old. What makes this whole situation even more agonizing is that Heyward’s last message on instagram was a tribute to his fallen friend Jamie Sangouthai!
He posted:
“#RIP To my big brother Jamie who always brought light into any room he walked into and laughter as well at all times J you will always be missed. Family for life.” #BandOfBrothers #tbt
Sources say that Lamar is completely distraught and most likely facing depression with the loss of his two close friends.
Khloe Khardashian, Lamar’s ex wife, was also close with Bobby. She reportedly reached out to Lamar to make sure he was doing ok in the wake of these tragic events.
Hopefully this goes as a wake up call and lesson to Lamar, and will open his eyes to what drug addiction has done to his friends, so he may not face a similar fate.
