<p><strong>Ariana Grande</strong> is keeping it real about her beauty secrets. The <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/listicle/ariana-grande-concerns/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">singer admitted</a> to using fillers and Botox until 2018 but added that she&#8217;s gained a new perspective on beauty.</p>
<p>In a short excerpt clip, she tells fans that beauty was about &#8220;hiding&#8221; for her. The clip shows Ariana Grande in a &#8220;get ready with me&#8221; style <a href="https://www.instagram.com/voguemagazine/?hl=en" target="_blank" rel="noopener">for Vogue</a>. The outlet published the full eleven-minute video on Sept. 12. As of Sept. 14, it&#8217;s trending #16 on YouTube.</p>

<blockquote><p>&#8220;Full transparency as a beauty person, as I do my lips, I&#8217;ve had a ton of lip filler over the years and botox. I stopped in 2018 cause I just felt so too much. I just felt like hiding. Didn&#8217;t expect to get emotional,&#8221; Grande said as her eyes got watery. &#8220;For a long time, beauty was about hiding for me and now I feel like maybe it&#8217;s not.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

To each their own, whatever makes you feel beautiful, I do support, but I know for me, it was just like oh. I want to see my well-earned cry lines and smile lines. I hope my smile lines get deeper and deeper and I laugh more and more. And I just think aging can be such a beautiful thing.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

However, as someone inspiring beauty trends, Grande said she felt it essential to be upfront.</p>

<p>Her beauty secrets openness follows a message she delivered online in April. At the time, the &#8220;7 Rings&#8221; singer addressed concerns about her body via TikTok.</p>
<p>As someone who understands being in the public eye, Ariana felt people should be more gentle with their comments and critiques about other people&#8217;s bodies.</p>
<blockquote><p>“And personally, for me, the body that you’ve been comparing my current body to was the unhealthiest version of my body. I was on a lot of anti-depressants and drinking on them and eating poorly and at the lowest point of my life when I looked the way you consider my healthy, but that, in fact, wasn’t my healthy,&#8221; Grande said.</p></blockquote>
