#ArnoldSchwarzenegger is reportedly doing alright after he was attacked during a sporting event in #SouthAfrica.
A video shows him talking with fans during a jump-rope competition when someone suddenly dropkicks him from the back. He was in #Sandton, South Africa, for a sporting event called the Arnold Classic Africa, according to #TheSandtonChronicle, @foxnews reports.
At one point, just as it seems as Arnold is handing someone the cell phone he was using to take a video, a man appears behind him, jumps and kicks him in the back, and the attacker falls to the ground. The man was immediately detained by security and dragged away.
Arnold took to Twitter to let fans know that he’s doing fine.
“Thanks for your concerns, but there is nothing to worry about. I thought I was just jostled by the crowd, which happens a lot. I only realized I was kicked when I saw the video like all of you. I’m just glad the idiot didn’t interrupt my Snapchat,” Arnold tweeted.
It wasn’t immediately clear what consequences, if any, the man will face, or if Arnold will decide to press charges.
