Lately, August Alsina has been addressing a lot of rumors head-on, and Thursday was no different when he took to social media to address a rumor about him possibly dropping a book about how he gets down in the bedroom.
In a post to his Instagram, August shared a graphic that appeared to be a text message thread, in the message that was addressed to “Stupid People,” and “Stupid Rumors,” August said, “What would be the need to write a book about my supposed ‘sex life’ with ANYBODY, EVER, in life? When they’ve written fantasies, hypotheticals, and fictions based about me on wattapad.”
He suggested if anyone was looking to read anything of that sort, then they should go read those fiction stories on wattapad. However, he recommended that folks read the Holy Bible instead.
August added, “I’m just living my life, trying to create peace, from all the glass and broken pieces of hearts, in life of my own and ones connected to me.”
He also referred to that kind of writing as the “lowest fruit,” asking, “Why would one look to make that ‘type’ of money eating from that lowest fruit, when God’s promise is GREAT HARVEST?”
In his caption, August said, “Cus playing w/ me AINT IT! Great attempt to assassin my character though. The part youāve forgotten is, God gave me the LEADING role, & HIS story gets GREATER!”
August also addressed the rumor on Twitter and said:

As previously reported, just last week, August shared his thoughts on peace amid the news that Will Smith slapped Chris Rock in defense of Jada Pinkett-Smith. Shortly after, he dropped a new song, called “Shake The World,” where folks thought he could have been speaking on his past “entanglement” with Jada.
