We remember the life of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna, who tragically lost their lives in a helicopter crash on Sunday. Unfortunately, they were not alone on the aircraft, and there were no survivors.
Alongside Kobe Bryant sat eight other individuals, who will now be missed by their families, friends, and loved ones. Kobe and Gianna had other coaches, teammates, and parents with them in their helicopter including.

John Altobelli was a baseball coach at Orange Coast College for 28 years. His wife, Keri, and his youngest daughter, Alyssa were also killed in the crash. Alyssa was a player on the AAU basketball team that Kobe coached.
Christina Mauser, who was also on the helicopter, was a arch at Harbor Day School. She also helped Kobe coach the Mambas. A statement from Harbor Day school said they were devastated by the news.
“We are mourning the loss of members of our community,” the statement said. “As news is publicized, we will ensure that our support team is made available to assist and counsel our students.”
The pilot, Are Zoboyan, and friends Sarah Chester and her daughter Payton, were also killed in the crash.
