Roommates, earlier this week Ayesha Curry sparked an intense social media debate when she debuted a new blonde hairstyle. Following the mixed reaction, Ayesha just confirmed that she is officially saying goodbye to her platinum locks and going back to her darker shade.
Days after Ayesha Curry surprised her fans with a new blonde hairstyle, she has made the decision to get rid of itfor now. In a post on her Instagram, Ayesha wrote the following message:
The blonde has been so much fun! I need to scratch my scalp a little though, you feel me? I wish I could actually dye my hair this shade but I know it would require way too much maintenance. Who can relate? @funwhileitlasted

As we previously reported, something that seemed so simple and harmless quickly turned into a debate on social media that lasted for hours. While Ayesha certainly had her fair share of supporters, they were overshadowed by online trolls who claimed that she was unrecognizable and trying to look like a Karen.
She responded to the criticism with a message on Twitter:

Regardless of the backlash, Steph Curry loved his wifes new look and wrote a sweet message letting everyone know.
