It’s obvious that baby shower season is upon us! Just yesterday we saw four celebrity baby showers, with Draya Michele, TI & Tiny, Chrissy Teigen &John Legend and Nya Lee, celebrating their upcoming new additions.
I’m pretty sure this is only the beginning to what will seem like endless baby showers. For those Roommates who will be attending a bash in the near future and are stuck on what to get, I’ve put together my top 5 baby shower gift list!

5. Gift Card
When all else fails there’s always the gift certificate! When you have no idea what to get, you can trust old faithful to get you through. Plus it allows the parents to get what they really need after all the gifts are opened.
4. Baby Clothes
Baby needs some gear! Babies outgrow their clothes quickly, so the need for clothes are always in demand. The Shade Room store has the cute and hilarious baby onesies!
3. Diaper Genie
This will be heaven sent to an expecting mother when changing their baby. No mother wants to have that stinky diaper smell in the air and this will definitely help with that!
2. Diaper Bag
A diaper bag is the quentessential gift for a mommy to be! What else is she going to use to lug around all the gear her baby needs! It’s so simple but very neccasary.
1. All Baby chairs
This includes a stroller, high seat and car seat. These are the pricier gifts for close family and friends. I like to call them the Elite group. Having a great stroller or car seat will making traveling a lot smoother for her new bundle of joy!
