We can exclusively confirm that just the other day, Somya Reece and her new boo made it official! YT get this– it’s a lady! Her name is Shanell Jones (@iamladyluck) and she’s a rapper from New Jersey. The two ladies met soon after the actress moved to NYC to begin taping for Love and Hip Hop. Our source says that Jones quickly embraced Somaya when she first moved there and they hit it off nicely.
Back when Somaya was recording Boss Lady with Rashida from Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, our liaison says she began showing interest in Jones. She eventually got the hint, though and soon after, they had their first kiss!
Even though Somaya left the show behind in New York for LA, she did not leave behind her love for Ms. Jones. She kept in close contact with her Lady Luck and the other day, decided that being together was meant to be. They’re both “happier and cutting out negativity” in their lives only to make room for each other.
Isn’t that sweet! Congrats, ladies!
