<p>Ice cream company, <strong><a href="http://www.benjerry.com/whats-new/why-black-lives-matter">Ben And Jerry&#8217;s</a></strong> made an epic step towards the fight for justice for all Americans when they endorsed the Black Lives Matter movement. On their website, they made a very long, detailed statement about why Black lives matter.</p>
<p>&#8220;Black lives matter,&#8221; they began. &#8220;They matter because they are children, brothers, sisters, mothers, and fathers. They matter because the injustices they face steal from all of us — white people and people of color alike. They steal our very humanity.&#8221;</p>
<p>In addition, they said what we&#8217;ve all been trying to explain for years now:</p>
<p>&#8220;All lives do matter. But all lives will not matter until Black lives matter.&#8221; As soon as the statement went viral, the internet celebrated by creating the #BenAndJerrysNewFlavor hashtag in which people from all over the world made up new ice cream flavors with a touch of black pride.
